Affiliate Disclosure

Some of the links on vpncheck.org are affiliate links. If you click on such a link and sign up for a VPN, purchase a service or product, we will receive a small commission. Using our links happens at no extra cost to you, meaning you’d pay the same price with or without clicking on the affiliate link.

The reason why businesses are happy to pay a commission when a new user signs up with them is simple. The standard way for them to get new users would be through advertising. If you use an affiliate link to sign up, they didn’t have to spend any money on advertising. So they are happy to pay us a small commission instead.

Now let’s also talk about something fundamental here. There are plenty of review websites that give skewed reviews. How are they skewed? In two ways. For one, most reviews are written by what review sites claim to be experts but are far from it. Most reviews are written by online writers that write about anything from travel to games to VPNs – Zero expertise. Second, these websites will simply rate the product or service the best that will pay them the highest commission.

That’s actually why we started vpncheck in the first place because we’re fed up with this dishonesty.

That’s why we bring in real external experts from all fields like Designers, Lawyers, Consultants, Engineers, and Security Researchers. By doing so, we are making sure that the people creating our reviews have in-depth knowledge in their field of expertise.
