TVTap on Firestick: How to Install the TVTap APK

Today, we will introduce one of the best IPTV services for cord-cutters who love to stream on their Amazon Fire TV devices. Then we can download any application’s APK file to our Firestick device and install them. The downloaded and installed app will be shown on your installed apps screen and not inside the Downloader application.

So, let’s begin with downloading our sideloading app, Downloader.

1. On the Home screen of your Firestick, click on Find, then on Search.
   
   
2. The following screen will open, search Downloader. You can use the on-screen keyboard or the Alexa voice command to search.
   
   
3. Click on Downloader. Then tap on the Download option to download and install it.
   
   

Note: if you download it for the first time, you will see a Get button instead of download.

At this point, you have successfully downloaded the Downloader app.

By default, Firestick devices don’t allow you to install third-party applications such as TVTap through any external means. You can easily download any application available in the official Amazon Appstore, but you will need to change these settings if you want to download and install a third-party app. 

Let’s learn how to Enable Apps from Unknown Sources.

1. From the Firestick Home screen, choose Settings.
   
   
2. Select My Fire TV.
   
   
3. Pick Developer Options.
   
   
4. Enable the Apps from Unknown Sources; clicking on it will turn it on.
   
   
5. A warning prompt will pop up. Choose Turn On.
   

Once you have downloaded the sideloading app, Downloader, and have enabled the Apps from Unknown Sources settings from the fire stick settings, you can proceed to step three to download and install the TVTap app on the Firestick device.

Now we will use Downloader to download and then install the TVTap app on our Firestick. 

1. From the installed apps section, run Downloader.
   
   
2. When the app has launched, make sure that the Home tab is selected on the left-hand menu.
   
3. On the right side, you will see the URL bar. Click on it.
4. A small window will open with an on-screen keyboard. Please type the following URL in it and select  Go.
   https://tvtap.bz
   Please make sure that you copy the URL exactly how we have written here. Any mistakes in the URL will fail in opening the desired website. This URL is of the official TVTap app website, and you can download the TVTap app APK file on your Firestick device from here.
   
5. You will be directed to the TVTap website. Scroll and look for the option to DOWNLOAD NOW.
   
   
6. Another window will appear, choose the  TVTap app for the Firestick/Android boxes.
   
   
7. Downloading will begin, and you will see the following screen; let it download.
   
   
8. When the download has finished, a popup message will appear. It has the following options; Install, Delete, and done for the downloaded APK file. Tap on Install.
   
   
   
9. When it has finished installing, click on Done.
   
   
10. Another popup message will emerge, asking you if you want to delete the APK file. Select Delete. It will save your Firestick device memory; this step will not delete the installed app, just the APK file.
    
    
11. You will see a confirmation message; choose Delete.
    
    
12. You can now run the TVTap app; click on OK if the Maintenance screen appears.
13. When you launch the TVTap app for the first time, you might see a prompt asking if you want to see ads or remove ads when using this streaming app. We recommend the keep ads option; click on Keep ads (don’t use the device’s idle resources).Note: if you choose the TVTap app ads-free option, the TVTap app accesses your IP address. So, if you want to use the ad-free option while hiding your IP address, you should use it with a good VPN.
14. Now tap on Start using the app.
